Wood. Where nature meets superior design.

About Wood
Windows & Doors

Zola’s wood windows and doors are available for all types of projects in a wide array of wood species, with Forest Stewardship Council®-certified wood the default option. While the expected life span of a wood window or door can match that of a clad wood window or door, regular maintenance and eventual refinishing is required. As a result, wood framed fenestration is predominantly used in historic renovations where an aluminum outer skin would not be architecturally acceptable.

Zola’s Wood Lines

Our Classic Wood™ and Thermo Wood™ lines optimize the natural qualities of wood to maximize both beauty and performance.

An Experience
You Can Rely On

I’ve been most impressed with our whole Zola experience from sales, ordering and now to delivery and on-site support. Congratulations on assembling such a professional team and making what is typically a complicated and challenging process run so smoothly. As a self-styled ‘window aficionado’ I can’t tell you how happy that makes me.

Sapele

Pine, Clear

Clear pine has a beautiful, smooth and knot-free appearance. Versatile for high value carpentry, especially trim work and frames.

Oak

An American classic, Oak is used in broad applications, particularly in fine furniture.

Meranti

A straight-grained hardwood, Meranti is valued as veneer, trim, and framing.

Pine, Finger-Jointed

Finger-jointed pine uses a woodworking joint made of sets of “fingers” cut into two pieces of wood which then interlock.

Fir

One of the world’s best know wood species, Fir is prized for its straight, fine-grained wood.
