Shipping & Delivery

You have purchased your Zola windows and doors. Now sit back and relax as we ship your order directly to your job site! Your windows and doors will be carefully packaged, and loaded into a shipping container at our manufacturing facility in Europe, transported to a port, shipped across the Atlantic ocean and delivered to your job site. Since your project ships in its own dedicated container all the way to your job site, shipping damage is extremely rare.

‍Customer Login. Once it is time to finalize your order, you get access to your own dedicated and password protected page on our website. Here you can see your order details, current status, and access documents to help you unload and install your window package.

‍Shipping times. The amount of time it takes to transport your order depends on the location of delivery in the U.S. Shipping times vary between 3-7 weeks. We work hard to take the worry out of importing your European windows. Our team is here for you throughout the entire process.
