60 White Street is a major energy retrofit of an historic building in New York City that incorporates American Heritage SDH™ simulated double hung windows to transform thermal comfort in the building while staying true to its historically significant architectural facade. The building's penthouse features LiftSlide glass walls that open to a rooftop deck. The warmth of the wood used for the windows and doors complements the natural materials selected by the architect to create modern, yet comfortable spaces with a true sense of place.
