Accord Passive House Selected for Dezeen Awards Architecture Longlist.

Wow! From more than 3,600 total submissions from 91 countries, the Accord Passive House project by North River Architecture & Planning is among the 32 house projects selected for the architecture longlist for the first Dezeen Awards, and one of only four projects in the United States! They are honored to be in such excellent company with their fellow nominees.

The awards program celebrates the world’s best new architecture, interiors and design with an emphasis on beauty, innovation, social impact and sustainability.

The list will now be judged by a panel of leading architects and industry figures, including Tatiana Bilbao, John Pawson, Ma Yansong, Asif Khan and Dorte Mandrup, ahead of a shortlist announcement in August.

The winner of each category will then go on to compete for the architecture project of the year title – one of nine Ultimate Dezeen Awards.
