
Sonoran Desert House
The function of Zola windows in this residence was two-fold: to comply with super-efficient energy standards and to provide spectacular vistas of the surrounding mountains and desert. Each was equally important in creating a modern, serene oasis -- the first Phius-Certified project in Tucson, and the first certification in the Hot-Dry Climate Zone 2B.
