Dwell Features San Juan Islands House

Dwell recently featured a beautiful custom residence using Zola windows and doors on the San Juan Islands.  The home, by Artisans Group, utilized Zola’s ThermoPlus Clad series with the Quadrat cladding style option in Grey Aluminum with clear finish on the interior, finger-jointed pine.  This simple and elegant home is the first Certified Passive House on the San Juan Islands in Washington, and it’s only the fourth in the state.  The kitchen, two bathroom spaces, and a good portion of the mechanics were prefabricated and brought onto the property by a crane. Congratulations Artisans Group!
